Fine Dining
The dishes in The Lounge can best be described as fine dining. The kitchen is led by chef Antwan, who serves a refined menu with mostly sustainable products adapted to the seasons.
Antwan is no stranger to the Zeeland chef's world, with more than 20 years of experience. He has worked nationally and internationally in several well-known restaurants and since this year he has been showing his cooking skills in The Lounge.
You can dine in our restaurant and in good weather in our beautiful hotel garden. The kitchen is open from 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM from Wednesday to Saturday. The restaurant from 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm
